Death of a printer

Not sure what is up with me and electronics lately. There I was, printing off worksheets yesterday when I heard the dreaded grinding noise, followed by the crunching of pages. Lots of pages. An hour later I still couldn’t get it to work.

Yeah, yeah...I saw the signs of trouble a while ago. I put it off and now see where I’m at.

I ended up using my husband’s antiquated printer that takes forever to print a dozen pages. But it’s done.

  1. well that stinks. fortunately, they're not too expensive to replace anymore. Last printer I bought was an inkjet that cost me $112 WITH replacement ink cartridges. It was on clearance, an HP officejet, and while at times appears to be haunted, it functions just fine and prints superfast. The only hassle is that since it was on clearance, the ink isn't at my usual errand places like Target. I actually have to hit the office supply store. Which is dangerous for my wallet.

Good luck finding a new one. :)

  2. Yeah, printers aren't too bad to replace. Now the ink is another matter. But I finally hooked up the new pritner yesterday.
